3) Great hights
4) Suffacate
5) Burn
6) Drown
7) Fell out of the world
8) Starve
9) Shot to death
10) Lightning
11) Herobrine
12) Withered away
13) Exploded
14) Anvil on the head
15) Getting fishing-rodded by another player
