Looking for staff Server has 1.5 gb ram now

Hey im looking for staff my server is a mcmyadmin2 1.5gb 24/7 server. I really hopei can get more players on my server and i want to have more staff to look after the server and i need spawn builders and people that are good with plugins. I hope you enjoy my server the ip is 173.31.223.165 and the port is 25565. It says only 8 slots but everyone can join a full server.

why i want this:I can help operate, run, and manage the server overall. Rules are important, and should be followed by staff aswell as the players. I can help make sure that everything runs smoothly. I am a very responsible and trustworthy person and can get things done. I am also very mature and a good leader. I can take charge and stay on top of everything that goes on ingame. I am also great with commands and plugins, and have tried just about every type of plugin out there. and if i dont know it I can pick it up very quickly, and use it properly.
