The dead lives again! After months of not really making any headway in searching for a co-writer, apparently holding a contest did the trick. Please welcome my compatriot, Naomi/CaelChan! The concept of this story is simple: Naomi and I each take turns writing chapters from different characters' POV. Neither of us know what the other will write until it is written, so it's as much about thinking on our feet as it is about shaping a story!
In an attempt to make this project easier for Naomi to contribute to, the story is now located on a Google Docs document. You will be able to see all parts of the story there, with the added benefit of the outline function, allowing you to view new chapters with just a click.
You will be able to find Author's Notes on this page, updated every time a new part is added (at least by me).

Author's Notes - Part 1
One of the major things I hoped to accomplish with this first chapter, or part, or whatever you want to call it, was to set up a mysterious and intriguing story that would provide a solid basis for a co-writer to hop onto and make whatever they want from it. I purposefully left a lot about the important characters, like Em and the unnamed protagonist, up to interpretation as much as possible. I look forward to seeing what Naomi comes up with!
