Loads of submissions are uploaded on PMC daily considering we have over 130,000 members. About 90% of them have something in their titles or descriptions along the lines of, "Recommend for diamonds!/Up-Vote for diamonds!"

This is what I like to call, hungry for fake profit.

Who doesn't love diamonds? That is exactly what those people that are writing the bribery statement are getting at. If you had the choice of getting on a server and not getting diamonds or getting diamonds, I'm pretty sure we all know what we would all choose. So, people that own submissions (especially server advertisements) typically put something along this in their titles and or descriptions:

"Recommend for diamonds / Recommend and Up-Vote for more diamonds!"

I mean, come on. Seriously? What is the point of that? People are just hungry to get their servers more popular and to get other people to see it. Well if you are a server owner here are some steps you can follow that DON'T need recommending.

1. Make sure your server is 24/7.
2. People are having a great time.
3. Admins/Mods aren't jerks.
4. Your server has many unique buildings/towns/cities etc.
5. It has a pretty decent amount of slots (5-10 slots really shouldn't be advertised, but instead to play amongst your friends)
6. Other people tell their friends about the server

If you can follow these main steps I'm positive your server will be quite popular without the need of recommends and up-votes.

Now My Server Isn't On The Popular Reel...

Sure, your server might not be on the popular reel anymore, BUT you have to remember that other people would like to have the same experience as you AND you should have some extra people playing on your server from your advertisement.

Why Did A Moderator Remove My Server Advertisement?

A Moderator probably removed your server advertisement because you failed to follow these rules. You probably had everyone recommend for diamonds and Moderators WILL remove your server and will bring it back up WHEN you fix your mistake.

DO NOT Create A Forum Post About It!

If a Moderator removed your server (or any submission) DO NOT create a forum post about it, complaining because that will get you no where! If you feel you did NOTHING wrong then contact the other Moderators. They will review it and will then disagree or agree with you. It does require patience but it will be worth it if you feel something isn't right.

Hopefully I got some new thoughts into your heads and hopefully this problem will decrease slowly.
