Why did you leave me?
I thought that you loved me,
Now that you're gone,
I want you to hug me.

But you can't,
You're so far away,
Now my heart aches for you,
Day after day.

But now our memories are gone in the Tides of Time,
Never to be seen again.
All the days we spent together,
Are now just dust in the wind.

Why did you do this,
I thought you cared!
What we had was real,
All the memories shared.

But now, I lay on my bed,
The windows shut,
Weeping on my pillow,
My emotions no longer in a nut.
