Introduction

Recently I just realised what minecraft was missing! MineBook, The in-game social network.
Everything you need to know from were your friends are to there latest Planet Minecraft Builds.

What it would do

This would be a Mod / Server plugin that would create a little PDA in your inventory or a new tab across the top like in creative from 1.3.1 onwards. Inside would be a list of all the players who have played on the server you are currently on one tab were you could click a plus button to befriend them. It would them appear in there friend request tab for them to do the same.

Friends

I know what your saying o Come on seriously is that it?o Well of course not! That would be a disastrously poor idea. The next phase of this development would be a friends tab, this would show weather your friends were online. You could then click on a friend to view there location, a possibility for this would to put a feed from a map server plugin or something built into the MineBook plugin/mod. You could also view any feeds that your friend has added to their profile page, like There Planet Minecraft page!or maybe there Youtube channel.

Commands

Of course I am sure most of you hate having to type in all those commands and waiting for players to accept your teleportation request. So I propose that there is a teleport button to click on there profile page so when you click it the MineBook PDA of the other player appears requesting them to accept or decline the request. An Admin could also setup a commands page were a set of commands can be click like the /sethome cmd or /home or /spawn could be clicked along with the list of server warps. There could also be a private and public chat option if you dono t want to have to use the standard chat bar or /whisper.

Ranks

If you own a server and have a ranks system it is a mess to rank people unless you have some PermissionsManagement plugin. Soo ¦ I think there should be a MineRanks plugin that adds players Rank on the server to there profile and Admins or Moderators can click a button beside a players rank to rank him up or down. Wouldno t that be so much easier.

Final Note

For all you java coders out there u think this would be an extremely popular plugin for a minecraft server.
And for everyone else I am sure you would agree that this would make minecraft that slightly more fun and simpler for all of us.
