I'm very sorry that I haven't been able to post this sooner but I hope you still enjoy it.
The next morning, Steve woke up to the smell of pork. He got out of bed trying to make as little noise as he possibly could. Steve crept down the stairs and looked through a small crack where he could see into the kitchen. He peered through and scanned the room. By the kitchen table stood Jeremy. He was cooking pork in Steve's oven. After cooking breakfast, he sat down at Steve's kitchen table and laid out the food beginning.
o I know you're there bro.o said Jeremy slyly.
Jumping, Steve slowly walked down the stairs. Jeremy got up and turned his head around. o Sorry, I just-o started Steve.
o I know, I know. I would have done the same thing to if someone was in my house.o Jeremy interrupted.
Steve descended his way down the stairs making little to no noise in each step. He sat down in a chair and began eating a pork chop that was on the table. Jeremy too, sat and ate the food with him.
o Okay. But on one circumstance,o Steve said, breaking the silence.
o Wait, you'll help me! Awesome! But what's the 'one circumstance'?o answered Jeremy with lifted spirits.
o That you stay in the forest here after we finish this.o
Jeremy's face changed from a smile to a grin as he began to laugh. Steve, puzzled, gave Jeremy a perplexed stare. Jeremy just kept laughing and Steve couldn't help giving the slightest smile.
