The most notorious haunt in Minecraft – Herobrine – has been around for almost half a decade now. For all I know, players all across the globe have claimed that they themselves have “witnessed” Herobrine appearing in their worlds, sometimes merely as a passer-by but sometimes as a monster that destroys their structures or even corrupts their entire world. Now, assuming that Herobrine is actually real, what kind of creature possibly might he be - perhaps a deceased relative of Steve, or a hidden boss mob?
- A hidden entity. For all I know, apart from the usual mobs we encounter in survival, there are actually quite a few hidden entities and textures inside the game, for instance, the “missing texture” block, the skeleton and zombie horses and the giant. Would it seem plausible to suggest that Herobrine might actually be a player-like hidden entity, considering that quite a few players have seen Herobrine wandering in their worlds.
- Other players with the Herobrine skin, which is apparently the case for most multiplayer worlds and is also one of the main causes of murder in the game. XD
- An Easter egg. Hey, this is actually quite a reasonable suggesting, considering that the killer bunny itself is also an Easter egg.
- A hidden boss mob? Nah – how can Herobrine possibly be one when he doesn’t even have a hitbox? (Or so claims the witnesses…
