which timezone? when you say "12:00pm - 5:00pm"
also any information about the actual server?
and yes I might apply but i recommend not having an admin or head admin role just yet... start with helper and just a trust system maybe... Hope your server goes well

if I don't think the admins/head admin's have enough qualification i'll put them as a trial admin or trial mod until they prove themselves.
