Round 5

As the crew begins to rise, Mango lies still, images of past voyages flitting through her head. She starts up, and shakes them away. She jumps of her cot, stepping carefully and making her way to Navigation. Teal, in another room, is having similar memories. He yawns, and moves out to begin daily tasks. The lights then flicker out, followed by a sad sigh. Lime, rounding the corner, mutters something to himself. Then, coming into Teal's field of vision, he speaks. "
"Man, who turned out the lights?" he asks, a little exasperated.
Before he finishes, a drawn out scream comes from somewhere behind him. Teal's shoulders slump.
"Here we go again..." he replies, more than a little upset. Orange appears behind him not long after. He looks at both of them, and sighs.
"Let me guess, someone is dead?"
Teal nods. "Someone is dead." He pauses, then something comes to his mind. "Why don't we turn them into a rug?"
Orange looked at him, mortified. "..What?"
Teal shrugs, and the two begin debating Transformers. Sometime during Teal's rant, a knife managed to find it's way up Orange's back. Oddly enough, the comms also went off during this time. Teal, feeling he should let homebase know about these murders, decides at that moment to go to comms. Of course, all he hears is static. At that he panicked, and called a meeting. Once everyone is there, he gives them a quick briefing. Mango speaks first.
"I personally think it's Lime. You said the screams came from behind him, right Teal?" He nodded. "I thought so. It's kind of odd and I'm not one to trust coincidences. Teal is also a suspect though."
At the last part, Teal's head popped up. "I have an alibi," he paused, making sure everyone was listening, "First, I was in electrical fixing the wires. Then, the lights went out. I've already explained the rest."
Lime nods and starts his. "I was in O2, taking out trash before the lights went off. I went to go help, and heard Blue's scream. As Teal said, you know the rest."
For some reason, Teal picks that time to do a headcount. "Where's Brow-" He's cut off as Brown appears in the doorway, panting. "What did I miss?" she asks. Teal gets right to the questions. "Where were you when these two died?" he asks, gesturing to the corpses that they had dragged there. Lime glances at them, gesturing them to speak.
"Well, I was in electrical, trying to calibrate that... thing."
"I was in electrical most of that time... I'm quite certain I didn't see you there, and after all, it's not that big of a room."
Brown gave him a panicked look. "It's not me, I promise. I haven't been here for awhile, maybe I was there, maybe I wasn't. I have no idea." She saw him wavering a little, and played her ace. "If you vote me out, all the imposter has to do is kill one of you. And you'll be the one to blame."
Teal looked around for help. "Lime, Mango, what do you think?" He then paused, an idea coming to mind. "Brown, were you in there before or after the lights went out?" Brown waved a dismissing hand. "I just got back from there- and honestly, Mango hasn't said a thing. How do we know-" Teal cut her off.
"We'll deal with Mango in a minute. But please answer me, were you in electrical the entire time?"
Brown, finally seeing her opportunity, seized it gratefully. "No, I was looking for my tasks. Then the lights went off, and I kept running into walls." She paused, looking meaningfully at Teal. "A panel was also open, showing what I assume was what you were working on."
Teal nodded at this, and then looked toward Mango, an unspoken question hanging in the air.
"Truthfully, I was staring off into space. After what I assume was around Blue's death, I began to head to Navigation. I was stabilizing steering when you called the meeting, and I came right back."
Teal nodded, satisfied. "Sounds good. I say we sk-" Mango interrupted. "If we skip, all the imposter has to do is kill two of us."
Brown nodded in agreement. "Personally, I think it's Lime." Mango considered that, and added on. "I personally think it's Teal."
Teal glanced up, and began the protest that all crewmates make, such as swearing innocence. Mango ignored him and turned to Brown. "If we're going to win this, we need to vote together. So I'll vote Lime with you."
Brown nodded thanks. "Teal, what's your vote?"
And no sooner than that was said, the reactor starting beeping and shaking. An automated voice came over the speakers.
60 SECONDS UNTIL MELTDOWN. FIX IMMEDIATELY. 
Mango, jumped, a little spooked, and pelted toward reactor. The lights flickered as she turned the corner, and Brown fell dead. Teal and Lime jumped back from the body, frozen in the immediate panic. Well, maybe Lime wasn't frozen. Instead, he started an awful, high pitched cackle, and watched as the ship burst into flames.

Teal wakes up, and lets out a sigh. "Another day, another death voyage," he mutters. "At least we had a break.." His thoughts were cut off by a thump outside his door. If he had been watching, he would've watched Blue fly out of a nearby trash can, smoke trailing from behind. Brown, in another room, was having similar thoughts as Teal had been. She stepped out into the hallway, and sighed, looking around the all to familiar skeld. "I think I'm going to need mental help after this.." she murmurs, right as Teal stepped out himself.
He snorted. "You'd think Cloud would've paid for therapy. Oh, wait," he continues sarcastically, "The contract."
Brown grinned at him. "Yeah.. if only our signatures hadn't been copied. Anyways," she glances around, seeing if anyone else was there, "would you like to come to tasks with me?" He shrugs, and follows Brown. She pauses about halfway down the hallway.
"Where's your first task? Mines in weapons."
"Admin."
"Hmm, alright. I can swing around there with you and continue up to weapons. Sound good?"
Teal nods. "Lead the way."
As the reached Admin, Teal gave Brown a slight wave. "See you later."
Brown waves back. "See you."
After Brown left, Teal managed the card in one swipe. He turned and nearly ran into Blue, who was fixing wires right inside the door.
"Sorry Blue, didn't see you there."
Blue gave him an easy grin. "I can be very stealthy when I chose."
Teal rolled his eyes. "I'm sure you can." He walked off to his next task, hearing Blue's laugh following him.

In cafeteria, Lime was fast asleep, not having done anything. As Brown passed, she took her chance and began to violently shake him. Teal, having walked up that way, passed Lime, throwing "Lazy bum" back across his shoulder. Mango, finally waking up herself, drops by cafeteria on her way to Nav, and decides to help Brown by slapping Lime in the face. Blue, being the joker he is, needless to say joins in on slapping Lime. Brown, still shaking him, changes tack and pulls out a flip flop. Cloud finally decides to join in, and appears, slapping him with a lawsuit. They quickly surround him, and he fades back into the wall.

For at least another ten mintues, they continue to slap Lime. Sometime during this process, Lime had stopped snoring, but still failed to wake up. No one was sure if the imposter had managed to stab him during this time or if the slapping itself had killed him. They decided it was either that or Teal could shoot daggers with his eyes, and they all doubted that that was even possible. They all depart, Blue going to admin again, Brown going back to the bunks to recover from shock, Mango to navigation. Teal got a snack and lingered around for awhile. Orange, finally waking up, asked the empty bunk next to him what had happened. For a second, he thought it responded, but it was Blue on the loudspeaker. RISE AND SHINE MORNING STAR, WE SLAPPED LIME TO DEATH, AND ARE BEING HUNTED DOWN BY A KILLER! AND DON'T QUESTION HOW I CAN HEAR YOU. Orange glanced up at the small speaker on the wall.
"...okay." he eventually said, not really having any other words. Teal popped his head in the room.
"Mornin' Orange," he said, glancing at the clock.
Meanwhile, Mango creeps up behind Blue. "Tormenting Orange?" she asks, as he starts in surprise. "Can I help?"
Blue glanced around, his eyes finding the hole he had punched in the wall to hook up the mic. "Sure you can!!"
As they speak, the lights flicker out.
Mango groaned. "I can't even see you now- hopefully this gets resolved quickly..."

Teal looks at Orange. "Well, that clears us I guess." he says. Orange nods. Neither of them could've turned off the lights if they were in the same room, across the ship.
Then they depart, Orange heading toward Nav after getting coffee and Teal looking for a flashlight. He meets Mango sometime during that trip, and decides after the following argument to steer well clear of her. Mango, taking the chance, bolts of to cafeteria for a snack. Teal headed toward electrical, intending on finally fixing the lights, and instead found Brown's body pinned to the wall next the door. He backpedals and bolts for the button. Orange, having followed Teal there, studies Brown, and eventually grunts. "Nothing Advil couldn't' fix..." he muttered. At that moment, Teal slammed down the button. Orange gets there quickly, and is rewarded by seeing Blue drop from the ceiling.
"What's happening?" he asks.
"Lime's a rug, Brown needs advil, and I need a refill." Orange responds, holding out his mug.
"Someone got rugged again? I was in reactor by the way. Where'd Brown get attacked?"
"Electrical."
"Hmm. If I may ask, what was everyone doing at the time of the murder? As I said, I was in reactor... trolling.."
"I was chilling in Nav."
"I was here, doing.. er.. tasks." Mango then shoves some odd white powder into Orange's hands. "I ain't got advil, but I got this instead."
Orange shrugs and dumps it into his coffee. "If it sweetens it then- WOAHHHHh- cool."
Blue looks a little mortified. "So that's where my chalk went..."
Teal ignores them and lays out what he was doing. As he speaks however, Mango inhales some of the magic white powder.
"wHoAh I cAn SmElL cOlOrS hAhAhAhA-"
Teal glares at her. "Where'd you find my powder?"
"hEhE i ThInK lImE cAuSe He SmElLs SuS." Mango then proceeds to pass out.
Blue raises his eyebrows. "If I'm being honest, I think it's Mango."
"Personally," Teal says, "I'm going to refrain from blaming anybody."
Mango suddenly sits up again. "I agree with Teal."
Orange sips his coffee. "I'm voting Lime."
The others skip, leaving Orange to vote.
He glances at Teal. "It's Teal. Case closed."
Teal starts up in surprise and begins protesting. Orange counters it, rather smoothly. Finally, Teal offers something out of the blue. (no pun intended)
"Fine, then eject me. But you'll be ejecting an innocent crewmate."
Orange raises an eyebrow. "Trying to guilt trip me now?"
Teal sighs. "No. I guess I'll just do it myself." Teal then opens the airlock, and proceeds to jump out of it.
Orange sighs and just starts to wander the ship, doing tasks. He waves to Blue, but otherwise is alone. He then just sat there.

After awhile, the air level dropped to a dangerously low level, since the filters hadn't been changed. As he stepped in, the door closed and locked behind him.
The oxygen is completely shut off, and he suffocates to death.
Eventually, the entire ship loses oxygen, and Mango, the scheming imposter, wins.
