First you need to trigger the raid like me.To trigger you need to raid a Pillager Outpost and kill the raid captain, you don't find him in the raid. The outpost looks like this:
This is a outpost collapsing with a house.After raid go to a village and prepare with allays,give them a copy of your items and after death they will return your inventory,later go to a flat zone,the pillagers will go to you one in one,easy to defeat,if you see ravagers, they look like this:




Try to cage them in a low point, there they are completely vulnerable, near you they can kill you in 1-2 hits, their head is the weapon, if you go far of the head your are saved,near the head they show their neck and hit you. The vindicators look like villagers but grey,concretely this:

The last illager always drop good loot, for example an iron shovel.Be careful with evokers,they are one of the most dangerous mobs,like ravagers but they look different, like this:
