I am pretty sure you know what the "Easter Bunny" is.
Therefore, I am not going to get into detial with that.
We all know who the easter bunny is, come on! If you don't, were is your childhood?!
The Easter Bunny, is a kind bunny who spreads joy by spreading easter eggs in peoples yard when they are not looking, right?
Really kind, all that.
But, do you know why we have the Bunny as our mascote for this glorious holiday?
I asure you, you're prespective will change after reading this.
Most people will say things such as "The bunny is just a nice thing." Or "Well, we have alway's had it like that so we kept it."
I asure you, these are all wrong.
The reason we look at it as a "Easter Bunny" is because of a more horrific event.
Back in 1814, they did not look at it as a Easter Bunny, it was considered a normal holiday, like Thanksgiving.
But in 1815, on easter day, people had reported strange sighting of a man in a bunny costume roaming around with
what seemed and looked like staine d blood red wine on his shirt.
People considered it as a prank and brushed it off.
That was before the killings began.
4 people the following day were found dead, ears decapitated, and fingers gone.
The folk in town go frightened and were alarmed and warned to lock there doors windows and
cattle.
It didn't help..
When some brave locals decided to go and search for the suspicious man in the suit. One of them tracked him down into a factory beileved to be abandoned.
After chasing him down, one of the locals tackled him. One of the locals shot him.
He wasn't even resisting.
There were boxes everywere each of them with ears and seperate human body parts.
There was a note found in one box.
It read..
"I have spoken with god.. and he.. has abandoned us."
After reading and confused. They found the Bunny Costume gone..
Therefore, I am not going to get into detial with that.
