Hi,Now I'm pretty sure everyone here has an multiplayer server to play on, but is multiplayer really that good?
When you think about it, single player allows you to do whatever you want where ever you want.You can build grand structures and blow em up, you can have time by your self and enjoy the serenity of the beautiful mine craft world, where there's no grief and murder, swearing or hatred. Just pure mine craft as it was originally ment, way in the old days.
On the other hand, mine craft multi player servers are fun in different ways,You can grief and kill and swear (if your a loser that is) or you can enjoy the good minecraftian times with your close friends, you can build mighty structures and go on grand conquests, you fight your enemies and party with your allies, you have many choices when your in multi player,
But who knows? You tell us which is better, Multiplayer or Single-Player?

Why...I met all you wonderfull guys there!
If you think about it, minecraft wasnt made so you can fight goblin armies that you put into your game with someone elses mod... That isnt minecraft. Im sure there is a game out there in which you can do that.
Minecraft is made so you can build to your wildest dreams, or mine until the entire map has no more ores (impossible xD). That is where single player is awful!
Ya sure, you can still build and such, but the thing is; Nobody can see it!
Unless you physically move your computer or show someone your screen, you play minecraft for your own satisfaction.
Multiplayer is a section where you and your friends can build TOGETHER and show off to each other.
Not to mention, setting up a local server is the EASIEST thing you can possibly do.
