Not that much info on him but whatever
Harper called me. I stayed silent. I hoped my choice of white clothing would hide me among the snow. She's called again now. Again I said nothing. I haven't moved for an hour. The scene before me was one of tranquility. A steep drop down the cliff. A small valley surrounded by mountains. Fields of wheat. Corrals of animals. It was cold and dark up here. But in the valley it was warm, calm. Harper's voice again broke into my thoughts. Her tone was worried. She hadn't seen me. Good. It was better that way. It had been heavily snowing for days. This was usual. What was unusual was the way it was snowing. Almost straight sideways. As a result, my back was covered in snow.
A hand appeared on my shoulder. It startled me. Harper had found me. I looked up at my sister. She looked just like me. Almost. Her eyes had color. Mine did not.
"Halo. Come. It's dinner time." I nodded and followed her into our igloo. The furniture inside was sparse. We had no parents. They had been taken years ago. Every year the Endermen came and took ten of our healthiest, our strongest. Harper always wondered where they went. I didn't. I knew. They went to the End, where they worked as slaves to build a castle. A castle as diabolical as the king who ruled it. I knew all of this. But I've never told a soul.
We ate in silence. I thought about the Endermen. So entirely opposite to my people. I was interested in them. They were so different. I felt drawn to their mysteriousness. I knew that the fate of the curious is never good. But that didn't stop me from wondering.
And that's all for today! More soon!
