The meeting


For those who are wondering how the two races met each other, you should read this.


It was in the second Era, that is more than 1500 years ago in your time calculation, when the Minecraftians met the Creepers. It was a strange meeting, not indented to happen and not foreseen by the Creator. I only heard the stories about it, because my grandparents told me, but I think he was pretty upset when our races met. You see, the Creator made a barrier between our lands: the Minecraftians on the West side of the cube world, the Creepers on the East side. Our lands were divided by a land where no one could cross, although, the Creator thought no one could cross. This lands, the Farlands, wereno t made of Primary blocks as we know, or as the normal blocks Minecraftians use. The Farlands were not solid; but also not liquid or transparent. You could try walk across them, but got stuck half way. That was the plan of the Creator, because He didno t want our races to meet. That would be a disaster He thought.


But because we had the Hearth of Fire, the courage to face this challenge, we wanted to try and cross the Farlands. We knew of the existence of the Minecraftians, but we were not sure they lived behind the Farlands, so we had to try! We were a smart race, and we discovered we could use the Primary blocks, each block blessed by the Creator, to cross the Farlands. We used all blocks we had, including the blocks of our houses, our buildings, our villages, to build a bridge across the Farlands. When the expedition of the bravest Creepers arrived on the other side, they met the Minecraftians. They were kindly, though suspicious. The Creator never told them about our existence you see? But because they never knew any danger, they didno t fear us, and we didno t fear them. We decided to share our lands, and make one big world. You should knew that no Creepers had any homes left after the building of the Bridge. So we needed the blocks of Minecraftia (this is the name the Minecraftians gave to their land) to build our houses again. And so this happened, a few Minecraftians crossed the Bridge, and we showed them our land. The same happened with their land and a friendship was born. So the years passed, every year the both races crossed the bridge, and looked how the other race was doing. The Creeper rebuilt their houses again and the Bridge became the symbol of the peace between our races.
