Hello yall! Duhmastah here with ch. 4 of The Eight Tribes. Be sure to read the other three chapters before this one! Also, dont forget to diamond, vote, and comment if you liked it! Tips from the pros would be great also. Here is ch. 4:



Steve walked into the town, not sure what to expect. First light was beginning to break on the horizon. A few stray people walked up and down the streets, probably heading to the mines on the early shift. A few homeless people sat and begged for money from the few people who were awake. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />



Steve explored Wintervale for the next couple hours. When he was finished, he had seen the whole town. It was more of a warring town, with many soldiers and supplies, but less people. The people who did live there seemed nice enough to him. Steve decided that before he would ask to join their army, he would go to the other towns.



Next up was a nice little city called Huren. The population was more than Wintervale, but had less soldiers and supplies. The people there were kind and helpful to him. This town seemed to be a mixture of peaceful and warring.



The town that Steve visited after that was called Samurn and was mostly warring, but could still make peace well. It had the same amount of soldiers and supplies as Wintervale, but more people in it. The people were over all nice and helpful to Steve, and the trade was great.



The town that Steve visited next was slightly difficult to do. It was the town of Bishok, and he had killed some of its soldiers earlier. When he entered the gate, he saw the guard that ran off in the fight. They made eye contact for a few seconds, and then he slowly pointed at Steve. Steve bolted back through the gate.



Awhile later, when he finished catching his breath, he stepped out of his cover only to find a small squad of nine soldiers looking at him with surprised expressions. They looked at each other and nodded, and then charged towards Steve.



Notch help me. Steve thought to himself, and then sidestepped out of the way of the first one. Steve quickly stabbed at the next one to reach him, then spun and cut the one behind him. Steve parried a blow from the leader, and plunged the sword into him. The leader fell to the ground, dead. With their leader dead, the remaining six of the patrol ran off towards the town of Bishok.



Steve fell down, exhausted. He managed to crawl to some bushes and hide in them for safety, and then fell asleep.
