Today we are going to talk about how you should never give up when something isn't going the way you want it to go.

General Minecraft:
Let us start with Minecraft in general.
You have started a new world in survival. After spending an hour in the world, you realize you haven't found any diamonds yet!
But how is this possible? You've been mining for a long time, you have the 2 high 2 wide tunnels to prove it! And yet, still no diamonds. Now, here come the two possibilities:

Possibility One:
You mine for 10 more minutes, then ragequit. You delete the world entirely. Oh look, you still don't have any diamonds.

Possibility Two:
You mine for a long time, you don't even remember how much time. But, you are determined to not give up and find those diamonds. Finally, after so many blocks of stone mined, you find not one, not two, not even three, but four diamonds!

Now let us analyze this.
In Possibility One, by giving up, you didn't get any diamonds.
However, in Possibility Two, by not giving up no matter how long it took, you eventually found diamonds.

PMC Submissions
Next, we're going to talk about the submissions on PMC.
We all start off as newbies. It is very rare that someone is instantly good at something. This is why it's important to keep trying no matter how impossible things seem.
Let's take skinners as an example.
Most of the popular skinners you see today on PMC started out with those skins you see with only 1 diamond and 5 views. However, after a lot of effort, they became what you see them as now - very good skinners.
Same goes with building and blogging.
If you can't build good, don't give up! Ask for tips from people who are good, experiment with various shapes, blocks, palettes. Look at other people's builds, etc.
If you can't write a good, original blog, read other people's blogs for inspiration! Remember, ideas take time. You don't just snap your fingers and get an amazing idea.


Real Life:
Finally, let's talk about real life.
If you can't get a job, you don't just give up. You need money, therefor you need to keep trying. Eventually, someone will hire you.
If you can't find something in the store, you don't just go back home, you look in other stores and eventually you will find what you need.
