I'm starting to just hate seeing this "grief this server!" posts on the forums and blogs. It's seriously one of the things that just screams "stupid" to me.

Lets think about it: a server that people post about are bound to be an open, public server. Sure, may be graylisted or whitelisted, but it's still public. With that said, this means that the players on it are from all over the place, and many may not personally know one another.
Going back to the posts, most people as you to grief a server because the admin is mean and/or rude. I'll give them that: some admins are just plain rude. And sure, everyone has though that those kind of admins need to be taken down a notch. But don't so so by griefing.

As stated, a server is made of many people who don't know one another. So unless you know what to grief, you may (and probably will) end up griefing a players build, NOT the admins. Which means now your the rude one for griefing someone's build who hasn't done ANYTHING wrong.
Not to mention, those posts are usually just "grief this, cuz the admin is mean, heres the IP". Whose to say the admin was mean, hmm? Whose to say the person who posted it [the "grief this" blog] isn't just out to ruin peoples fun?

Just think before you act, people that read those blogs, that's all I'm really getting at. And people who post them? Grow up, seriously. If the server sucks that much, just leave, ignore it, and go find another server. PMC has it posted EVERYWHERE they are not responsible for what happens on servers.
