Once Upon A Block, there lived a great Owner of an awesome server mostly known as DirtCraft. The Ownero s name was BillNoob47. He had everything he could ever wish for, esteem, popularity, respect, power, friends and a lot of votes on numerous Minecraft server sites. The only thing that BillNoob lacked was good Staff members. The ones he had positioned now were lowly esteemed Minecraft jerks who tped to everyone and filled their inventory with Bone Meal.
I have to get some friendly Staff members, the Owner thought to himself as he flew around /spawn. The next day BillNoob set up Staff Applications on the official website. More then fifty people replied, but none of them met the qualifications, the amount of friendliness, the humility, the respect for players and the no-noobiness. Then when the Owner was just about to quit, he found the most perfect application he had seen yet:

Staff Experience Amount: Io ve worked for a great deal of servers and many great results followed, except for my first job when I noobishly made this hacker a Moderator.
What Would You Do If You Saw A Hacker: Well Io d like to be fair with everyone, even a Hacker. At first Io d warn him. If he continues to be naughty, Io ll kick him or temp-ban him (depends on what kind of hack he has) Then if he continues, Io ll ban him and give him the option to write a ban appeal.
Thoughts On The Topic: Io d really like to help DirtCraft in any way I can, no matter the cost. Io m always open to help the server. With my earlier Staff experience, I think I can make the server a better place. Io m also great with building massive structures, Io m used to not using bad language to insult players and I can also give the players what they deserve.
After the Owner had read it, he was excited to give SimonSays a great big rank of Head of Administrators.
o Thank you for this chance to help your server, Bill,o Simon said gratefully, after he was ranked up.
Then later on when the Owner had left the server, Simon showed his true colors. He had the second most greatest power on the server and he wasno t just going to help players with it. He started out by setting all of the grand buildings on the server to dust, then went on to banning everyone on the server except for the Owner and finally he set everything around the area that the Owner would /spawn at, to lava. The End.
Morale Of This Story:
Youo ve got to put more stuff into finding the suitable Staff members otherwise, they might wreck your server up bad! :D
