Sorry for not posting but I've been busy in a new school also been on a trip so I was way too occupied to post but I'll write more now it's the holidays. Also all my other contests were deleted by my brother accidentally ;-;

Thurenus was the ruler of a kingdom full of people either very rich or very poor. The kingdom was located on a hill which gave it an advantage if anyone would want to raid them. But the kingdom disposed a skilful army of warriors with an elite army of brain washed skeletons (they are not brain washed if they have no brain but Thurenus couldn't think of a better name so yeah) which showed off enchanted golden gear. But this kingdom owned poor farmland and relied on the help of the kingdom Aaroma, which farmland was so rich that crops, saplings and all the other things they grew, grew as if they were being bonemealed! But Aaroma was weak and so they were found an easy target.
      Thurenus gathered his troops. He had just received a plea for help from the ruler of Aaroma. The plea arrived in the form of a letter. It starts of by saying that they honoured their contract and they wanted to do further bisness with Thurenus. Then it said that a monstourous beast had invaded their kingdom forcing them to flea. So Thurenus decided he would slay the beast. The army assembled. It included 2 battalions of foot soldiers, 1 battalion of archers and the elite army of skeletons. Thurenus gave the signal and his army's marched to Aaroma, he in his royal battle chariot rode behind them escorted by horse units.
      The army's arrived at a lime green hill overlooking Aaroma. There, infront of them lay rolling hills dotted with oak, birch and dark oak houses and well built gaurd towers. Or at least what was left of them. In the distance Thurenus saw the remains of the once proud standing castle. Thurenus checked he was ready for battle. He wore his diamond/gold crown helmet. It was coated with glistening emeralds. His chest plate was golden with diamond and emerald emblems and other kingy stuff. His boots were enchanted with feather falling and they were redstone active so they could boost him up in the air if he needed to get out of trouble quickly. The sword he wielded was made using compressed diamonds and the finest leather and sticks for the comfortable handle. It was sharp and it had a chance to set anything he hit with it ablaze.
      Suddenly a massive Thing jumped into the middle of the skeleton army. Thurenus turned to see bones shatter and fly in every direction. Some bones impaled the soldiers giving the Thing a greater advantage. The Thing was 10x bigger than a tiger and 100x more viscous. It penetrated soldiers with its razor claws. Blood stained its shining black fur. Whoever wasn't kiled by its claws was thrown away or eaten alive. Or squashed. Thurenus was thrown miles away. He opened his eyes and saw the outline of the Thing. It was heading down the hill. With one swift move it ate a soldier who had already lost all his limbs. Thurenus stood up with more pain than millilitres of blood on the hill. He propped himself up with a broken spear. Anger bubbled inside him. He had been humiliated and if he ever did come back to his kingdom, he would be raided and laughed at. Thurenus decided that he wanted the beast dead, even if it was the last thing he wanted. He ran out of his hiding spot calling the Thing. He had activated his boots so they helped him run. Soon the Thing was on his heals. He waited and then dived of the edge of a cliff, the beast following him down. The last thing he ever saw was the Things petrified yet blood thirsty eyes... He smiled.
