Ok so lately alot of activity has been happening on PMC but it's not good activity. Infact, some of it is quite sad. Alot more trolls have been appearing lately. Some making people leave PMC. Trolls don't deserve to be in an awesome place like this.

Why do people troll?

Its simple, people troll because they are jealous of other peoples work and/or they are obviously very mad at some people.

Do trolls always win?

Now this question, has a very simple answer. Trolls only win if you let them win. Let's say your running a race. Your coming in 1st. Someone from the crowd calls you a nasty name. now what can you do? You can keep running the race and ignore them or you can stop everything and never finish what you started. If a troll gets to you, just ignore them. Whenever someone trolls you, you should feel GOOD! Why, you ask? It's because now you know someone is jealous of your work!

What do trolls accomplish?

Also very simple, nothing. Trolls accomplish nothing at all. They may think they did but in all honesty they didn't. They probably just earned themself another enemy though.

How do I fight off trolls?

I don't want you to physically or verbally abuse them. You should be smart. If you want to beat a troll, the only sensible thing to do is outsmart them. When they say something, say something smart back to them like this:

(Troll) Haha ur work izz so stwpd u sck!

(You) Maybe you think it sucks, but it doesn't suck as much as your grammar.

What you did there isn't bullying, it's outsmarting. Turning his insult against him.

If more people stand up for themselves, trolls will realize they can't win. They won't go away forever but it will stop them from harrasing you.
