it's not really "it takes a while to take off" its more that you have to produce content that PEOPLE like and the ALGORITHM likes. a major problem I see with your videos is that the videos themselves are pretty good for a small YouTuber. but the thumbnails and titles are the most important part. it's the first impression. Your titles aren't very engaging and you look like a kid when you type with bad grammar in the titles (yes I know I'm not using grammar in this comment so I'm kinda a hypocrite) it's pretty easy to make good thumbnails, first of all, let's look at your "A Relaxing Hardcore Gameplay"'s thumbnail. Let's fix it in 4 easy steps. so, first of all, it looks like you went to paint.net and slapped 4 pictures together. here let's make use of layers! (assuming you use paint.net) So get the Minecraft title screen picture, set it as the background, and make a second layer, here put the pictures EXCEPT use the magic wand tool to clear out the white space in the ghast for example, press Del on your keyboard (or delete) and it will delete that white space. now it is transparent because you used LAYERS. Now for the health bar one i'm a little conflicted. it seems like it is different shades of color on the sandstone so what i would do is use the lasso tool and surround the health bar. copy, put on a different layer or something, then use any way to select and delete the sandstone background. now set everything where it needs to be and, voila, you have a good thumbnail. (exact same thing can be said for your new bedwars maps video) now back to titles, this is even easier because it is only just typing. on your video: "Im the best at Party Games" you can improve it with 1 tap on your keyboard, just put an apostraphe between I and m and it looks like this:
"I'm the best at Party Games" so much better. also, make content people are already searching for and you've already won.
