Hey there Fellows! As you may know or not know :P idk, I got on the pop reel yesterday for my blog of Why I think creepers explode. Most of the comments said to make the blog be longer but you know, I just started out and for me maybe by my 5th or 6th post these will get lengthy. For now though these posts will be short due to my short span to write :P. Hope you enjoy this article!

This morning I checked to see PMC and saw my blog got on the pop reel so I thought what if I do another mob whys. This time I am doing why spiders attack you. I went around the internet to find out why and found a post talking about spider bites. It tells that spiders don't prefer to attack animals larger than them so in the real world this is why spiders rarely attack us. It's like saying us, humans don't prefer to attack giants(if they were real) or something much larger than us. Spider bites are mostly intended to paralyze their opponent then to kill them. Well technically paralyze them to then eat them :P. The spiders do also bite when they're cornered but that isn't the case in minecraft.

Minecraft Spiders vs. Real Life Spiders
Minecraft has 2 types of spiders unless you use mods. These spiders are the cave spider and the spider. Cave spiders are (what I think) 1/4 or 1/2 the size of a normal spider. These spiders dwell in the mineshafts within the caves of minecraft. Their spawners mostly have cobwebs around them and to slow players down to let the spiders attack them. The cave spiders also have less hearts than the regular spiders so that's why it seems that cave ones are the easier one to kill. The regular spiders spawn whether it day or night and sometimes in caves. They're reasonably strong and both are fast so walking won't help. Spiders in minecraft are also bigger than normal. Usually spiders in real life are like the size of your thumb or around that size or even bigger. Minecraft spiders are much much bigger than that. Some people even say that Steve is 6"1' and a spider in minecraft is at least like 1/2 or 3/4 his size. Spiders in real life are also less deadlier unless you get bit by one of the dangerous ones :P. There are also many many many more types of spiders than spiders xD. Also, unlike actual spiders in real life, the ones in minecraft literally chase after you instead of running away. Also, minecraft spiders can climb stuff instead of using webs to get up. Those things seriously don't leave you until you kill them. Now to the point of why spiders attack you.

Why Spiders in Minecraft attack you than sneak killing you.
In my opinion, spiders in Minecraft chase after you because although they're still smaller than the player, they aren't that much smaller than real life ones fighting humans unless it's a baby. They also climb to evade from getting hit and die. They would much rather get an easier way to kill you. The spiders are also superior in speed. Players can sprint for like 2 minutes more or less before they get hungry and tire unless you have food on you. Spiders will simply outrun you if you do not escape them within your sprinting time.

What players in the comments might say.
The only reason spiders attack is because Notch programmed them to be an enemy or such like that
