Summon him by placing One obsidian with four white stained glass around it and drop an emerald on the obsidian.

The Air Guardian has two attacks, Cloudburst: It emits thick clouds that blind it's enemies, and Tornado: It causes a large tornado directly around it, pulling It's enemies high into the air before dropping them.
