PVP mini-game

Install & Start-up
On any seed: Pick a spot, then press [ Start New Round ]
Note: Be sure to /reload when all players are present.
Pack install: Add the zipped datapack to a new world, and type /reload.
DO NOT add to a world you care about, Blockout changes world spawn, world border, game rules, etc. Use a fresh world.

Teleporter
Has a purple glow. Players begin rounds facing it.
Walking into the Teleporter will teleport you to the floating Exit Portal.
The Exit Portal frequently moves to the player nearest to Squib. It can't get within 12 blocks of Squib.
Teleporting briefly gives slow falling. The Boosted player will also get a burst of levitation.

Healing Arrows (Safety Arrows)
Players start with a bow, but no arrows. Normal arrows become infinite Healing Arrows in the form of a Safety Arrow.
You can pickup Safety Arrows, but they won't be infinite.
The Bow is used to push players or heal.
Chickens that drop feathers (and also scaffolding) are guaranteed to spawn.
Squib will dispense arrows on hit, if you have none.

Sky Platforms - Game Option
Four slime block platforms generate beneath Squib.
Platforms are repaired, and items replenished when no items remain.
The large platform always spawns a Booster, and repairs itself when Squib is nearby, Other platform items are random.
A regenerating Booster also spawns beneath Squib, generating a Booster every 10 seconds when a player is near.
This game option is on by default.

It will detect that the glow squid is dead, sending the message in chat 'Squib has met it's end' but not say who won. I'm working on this detection, but it isn't reliable enough for me to add it to the game yet.
