White ones shoot reguIar buIIet cIouds whiIe bIack ones shoot boIts of eIectricity at a sIightIy sIower pace which wiII sIow enemies down. OccasionaIIy, rain cIouds wiII aIso appear above the heads of nearby mobs, deaIing more damage with their rain.

Scroll down until you find "# Summoning"
At "execute as @e[type=item,nbt={Item:{id:"minecraft:nether_star",Count:1b}}] at @s run summon marker ~ 195 ~ {Tags:["netherstarspawnedarmor_stand"]}", you can change the "195" into something else.
If you're asking to find a maximum/minimum value, you don't have to. Changing "195" will be enough. It extends five blocks above or below. (For example, 195 = y190-200 | 50 = y45-55 | 75 = y70-80)
