• drop: red_wool, iron_block, golden_apple; on top of Enchant Manager

construction:

1. place armor stand
2. drop a fresh anvil on him
3. place enchanting table above him
4. equip him with a head (so he can see you)

now he can manage your enchants, to do so put an item in his hand (or automate it by replacing the lantern with an item container eg. hopper)

• to manage minecraft enchantments supply him with proper amount of books & emeralds
• to manage custom enchantments supply him with proper amount of paper

Installation:

• download datapack and put it in <save>/datapacks
• download ResourcePack Language: pack [​download] put it in resourcepacks and use it (also make sure to have newest ResourcePack when updating the pack)

configuration: allow any enchant on any item (will also require a Loooooot less calculations), by default only minecraft Enchantments are filtered and let through, enabling this makes it possible to manage Mod Enchantments
