Entity Count
So basically this datapack does is add the entity count.

To display it :
scoreboard objectives setdisplay sidebar entity
Or, you can specify what team sees it :
scoreboard objectives setdisplay sidebar. entity

To hide them again :
scoreboard objectives setdisplay sidebar
There will be a `total` and all entities! all the name is the id of the entity
