This pack allows you to gain extra hearts by drinking special stews you gain from piglin bartering. At this point, they are about as rare as soul speed books/boots, though this may change. For each stew eaten, you gain a permanent half heart (max of 5 additional hearts). This pack is compatible with my other potion style packs, Dungeon Style Potions and Buffs and Dungeons Brews.

you might be able to query the max health attribute so that this is more compatible with other packs
