I created this boss battle over the course of 3 days, the most complicated thing I've ever made in Minecraft. It's a two-phase boss battle against a horse that has two separate sets of abilities with different themes. Good luck!
Summon by dropping a single diamond on the ground and then throw a saddle in the same spot.

As a quick fix I made it so the execute command in the tick function doesn't check the variable "Juan_exists" so you can just respawn him if he breaks.
That being said, I made this early on in my data pack days, and I learned a lot that would've improved this data pack after the fact.
For example, in this data pack, I checked for entity names instead of tags...
I'm happy to see other Boss maker (with datapack)
