Use the /function command to activate it if it doesn't activate automatically and if that doesn't work try /reload or look if the datapack is enabled with the /datapack command.
Also make sure you're on the right version!

It's a datapack so normally it should.
Just put it in the datapacks folder in your world folder in the files section.
I've used many datapacks on aternos!
