Sandstone Golem Boss



For this datapack I have made a Sandstone Golem Boss using Animated Java, a plugin for the modeling program Blockbench, which allowed me to create proper animation!


Version

This datapack is only for 1.17, however there is a version of this for 1.16.5 available on my discord!


Summoning Structure

Firstly, to summon the golem, you first need to make the following structure:


under the slab there is a sandstone block

You also need to make sure that there is no terrain or anything in a 41x41 block area, since the boss will not spawn in if the arena would remove blocks.

Then, you drop a Dragons Breath on each of the pillars. And finally you light the tnt!




Boss Fight



After the boss has spawned, you will need to damage it. You do this by attacking the crystals on the head and shoulders. I advice you to have max enchanted everything, so prot IV, sharp V, power V. Also a large food supply is useful.


Golem Crystal



After defeating the boss, you obtain a Golem Crystal. This is a weapon, which upon right click summons a trail of sandstone spikes, which deal a lot of damage, and are great against crowds of monsters!



Lucky Block Datapack



Do you also have my Lucky Blocks datapack enabled? Then you are in luck! Ever since v1.4.0 lucky blocks also have a chance of spawning the boss as a drop!
