Crafting Recipe(Book)
Drop the following items on the ground:-
12x Grass Block
20x Pointed Dripstone
1x Harming II Potion
1x Punch II Book
Once you craft the book,
Throw it on an axe. And it will enchant the Axe with Seismic Slam.
To use Seismic slam, Hold the Axe and hit the ground.
It will send a tremor to push back and deal damage to nearby mobs

Uploading the data pack itself doesn't trigger anything, the whole thing plays out correctly once you separate them into normal files (Zipping them doesn't do anything) but the attack itself doesn't do anything, all I get is a villager in front of me dropping items, no slam or anything
