Thanks to @2mal3 was able to make this. The ingenious method used to get a pretty accurate view of the server TPS has helped a ton. I’ve no clue if he was first to use it, but his system I adapted to suit standalone.
To check the TPS run “/trigger TPS” and the server will give you the average TPS in the last set of 200 game ticks. Helps when you have those weird lag spikes and you’re wondering if it’s you or the server (in my experience it’s generally you. But then again I run five smaller mods on an already not amazing PC :/).
Text reported in chat will be Dark Green for 18+ TPS, Light Green for 15-17 TPS, Yellow for 10-14 TPS, Orange for 5-9 TPS, and Red for 0-4
To uninstall run "/function tps:uninstall"

It just says Triggered [Current TPS]
then doesnt do anything after
Also, the pack will take ten seconds for the first reading after launch so it won't have anything to send to you if that is the case.
