It seems that it is not working because there is a problem with the internal path of the file.
(folder name) UHC ☞ uhc
(path) #UHC:health/load ☞ uhc:health/load
(path) #UHC:health/tick ☞ uhc:health/main

And from 8 or higher health,
regeneration only works when you have an odd number of health,
so if you have an even number of health,
you may not be able to regenerate health forever without potion.

But I like the purpose of this datapack.
To be honest, Vanilla's Hunger system is so weird.
It made recovery potions useless,
and made the steak the best recovery item.

It's failing to reload. installed it in a brand new world in 1.16.4 but it says "Failed to reload, going back to old data".

Not really, it kinda resembles the regen system of modern games where you regen only up to a certain amount, the rest is up to healing sources.
