A little bit about myself

Since you know nothing about me except for the information I just told you, I will tell you a few things about myself. As you may have inferred I am a sixteen year old that plays Minecraft. Also, I am beginning to learn html, css, php, etc, so in the future I can be helpful as a Website Dev. My hobbies include solving Rubik's cubes, origami, and playing the sax. All three of these things take patience and persistence, both very good qualities when dealing with players in-game.

Leadership/Teamwork/Communication-I have served on my school's student council as an officer, and in doing this I have learned the necessary skills to lead and assist anyone that I can. Along with this I had to communicate with members of student council to determine many important decisions. I am very trustworthy and cooperative. These are very useful when managing with others. Plugins-In terms of plugins I am very experienced with them. As being the owner or admin of many successful servers I have come into contact with many plugins. This has given me a good understanding of them. These plugins range from any of the permission plugins to the simplest color plugin.

I even have my own servers now, so I understand if the owner is busy in certain times, or just plain stressed. I understand many complex studies so I may only be 16, but could solve problems meant for a few years older. I can deal with most problems given to me. I always check on ALL of my servers I am current staff on, and moderate greatly. I had been op on many servers, and only apply for ones with potential. I believe that I would be a fine staff member because, I come on the server as much as I can, I monitor chat even as just a regular player, I have plenty of experience to make sure this server is running completely perfect for each specific player, and alot more!

Why do I want to be a moderator on your server?: I would like to moderate your server because this server looks like it has an unbelievable amount of potential, and I believe with me on your staff team, the server could be that much better. Now, before you automatically deny me due to my age, I do want to stress the fact that my maturity levels are out of the roof. I have lots of experience working with people older than me. I can work well in a team, and If I do get accepted, we can discuss more about my age via skype. The reason I applied for moderator at age 14 is because on the administrator application, it says negotiable age limit. So I am assuming it would be the same for moderator. Anyways, I love helping out servers, I do not see it as a stressful job, I see it as a nice job. I am very lenient, but also know when enough is enough. I can joke around and be funny, but I also know when to crack down and be serious as well.

How much can you play: This vary's quite a bit since I often times have school work to do, however I don't have a job since i live in a foreign country and it is illegal to be employed under the age of 18.

Co-operational Abilities: I am very good at co-operating with other people except for in building. Everyone has different building skills and i find it frustrating when I am building that someone else of a higher or lower building skill is building with me either making me feel stupid or ruining the build.
Patience: I consider this to be my greatest flaw. I am able to execute all of the commands of my superiors well (Ex. Only ban/mute/kick people when they deserve it according to the rules of the server) However, since i am much older than the mean (average) age of minecraft users it is hard for me to be patient with them acting like children, however I will not act rashly against them since they are only kids.

Ok.. So I have been playing minecraft for approximately 5 years. I still remember the first time i saw my older brother playing it and was immediately entranced by it (I was a kid.). I started doing servers about 4 years ago with my friends, however, due to my computers lack of ability to portforward, I got bored of that quickly and started comming to PMC in look of some fun (Back then staff was only about having fun). Since then I had only been playing as a staff member on servers for like 2 years until i got bored and quit. About a month ago I started playing again and decided to try being a normal player, and noticed it was really fun until i realized something was missing, the fullfilling feeling of helping others. This is my first and only application I have posted in a long time and so I want you to know until you have accepted me or turned me down I will not be applying for a different server. I am not a job hunter and I take staffing seriously.
Skills:
Since I have done so many things my skills vary.
Plugins 10/10 (Plugins are super easy to learn and so I'll give myself 10/10 not because i know all of the commands to every plugin, because ofc i don't, but i do have a very good knowledge about plugins of all kinds and know many of the commands.)
Building: 6/10 (I would say I am a great builder however my creativity sucks and i often times have to incorporate various real life structures into my build to make something I am proud of. (I am never satisfied, I am comparing myself to the best when i put 6/10 btw.))
Plugin Making: 1/10 (I tried once and got bored. I won't be making any plugins. Sorry )
People Skills: 9/10 (This can vary because sometimes as i said earlier people annoy me and so i don't extend them every courtesy i should as a staff member (If this turns you off and you don't want to hire me because of it i'll inform you EVERY staff member you'll encounter is like me or worse. With the people I do get along with or who don't CONSTANTLY get on my nerves, I am very helpful and fun to talk to. Well I Want To Be A Head-Mod / Admin Because I Know I Am The Best Out Of All Applicants. I Really Know How A Server Should Be Ran. What are your previous experiences as a staff member?:

I have been all sorts of staff ranks on all types of servers before, but mostly i don't consider an experience because the servers that i had played on where all shit because the owners and higher ranking staff members abused and usually didn't care about the communities that they had created. My experience with two popular servers are very faint, because i was moderator on FiteNetwork for about six months before the entire hub network got shut down due to mojangs eula rule, which is quite stupid. My experience on there was fun,kind,i learned alot about how to manage a server and how the community wants, as well as what the community wants and needs.
My second moderator experience was on a smaller server ( 3 servers bungee'd ) and it had around 100 people on a good day, and i started off as a trial-helper (wow such noob rank,many wow) and i thrived through the ranks and eventually went to become an Administrator for their network and ever since then i treated servers that i was staff on, how i would've treated my own. I currently have a live server right now but it isn't doing so well. I lack staff who are experienced to help, My developer quit on me etc etc. Now i'm here :sick:!

List any prior Experience you've had: After about three and a half years of playing Minecraft, I have dove into moderating and owning servers. I first started off moderating smaller community servers, mostly owned by friends. After about a year of that I started my own server it was a PvP Fraction Server.
