Adf.ly Link Usage - I'm Confused.

Only once you have reached level 20, will you be able to post (Ad link removed) in your download boxes for your submissions. The use of (Ad link removed) is prohibited for users that are below level 20. If (Ad link removed) are found on your submissions, the submission will be disabled until they are removed. If they are repeatedly used after this, you will be banned. Adf.ly links can only be used to link content that is 100% yours.
The above quote is from the site rules and guidelines page. I am a level 2 user, and I was wondering if the same applies to "goo.gl". Just curious.

It's any URL shortener used to make money. Stuff like tinyurl is all allowed.

Okay, so goo.gl is out of the question for now. Guess tinyurl will work until level 20. Thank you!

I'm not really sure, but I'd wouldn't try it, I don't see why what provider it is matters. Probably not.
