There are lots of Dylan DeCosters, I am the one with a mage head.
Experience: I have been staff on one other server before, it was a little more popular than this server. It was a well runned server, and I loved that server. I am only 11 and everyone on that server made fun of my voice, including the staff. So I quit that server. But I did do some stuff to help, I would watch over the people to make sure they weren't disobeying any rules. I tried to help with some griefing situations using core protect but other higher ranked staff always took care of it.
Why Would you like to be Staff?: I would like to be staff because I like helping people. Sure I will not be the greatest helper, but I will try.I am willing to put in the effort, including researching plugins. I am hoping I will learn stuff on the way while being staff on this server. Sure I am only 11, but you shouldn't judge people by their age. You should judge them by how they act.
How are you different?: I am different because I have an overactive imagination in some ways. I think differently than other people. I always have weird thoughts and it makes me constantly rechecking something because of them. If I think I saw a griefer or hacker on the server, it would make me constantly recheck to make sure they aren't griefing or hacking. I keep my imagination to myself most of the time unless someone asks me a question.
Mature Level(1-10 and why): I am probably about a 6-7 maturity level. I say some goofy things every once an a while that I should really keep to myself. That drops my maturity down. It is a habit I will try hard to learn how to control. I do argue a lot which is another habit. But if someone wants to say your a hacker or something, I cant help but argue. I try my hardest to prove i'm not one which I really do not know what I should do if a staff member accuses me or something. And Draco I know you think I hacked but I swear that I didn't.
What makes a good staff member?: I think a good staff member will put in the effort to help everyone out. I expect even one of the best staff members to make some mistakes. A good staff member doesn't whine when he/she doesn't get what they want. A good staff member is honest and tells the truth.
In what ways would you help out the server?: To help out the server I will put in a lot of effort into helping people out. I would research if that what it comes to. I would try to vote daily.

I tried to help with some griefing situations using core protect but other higher ranked staff always took care of it.
Why Would you like to be Staff?: I would like to be staff because I like helping people. Sure I will not be the greatest helper, but I will try.I am willing to put in the effort, including researching plugins. I am hoping I will learn stuff on the way while being staff on this server. Sure I am only 11, but you shouldn't judge people by their age. You should judge them by how they act.
How are you different?: I am different because I have an overactive imagination in some ways. I think differently than other people. I always have weird thoughts and it makes me constantly rechecking something because of them. If I think I saw a griefer or hacker on the server, it would make me constantly recheck to make sure they aren't griefing or hacking. I keep my imagination to myself most of the time unless someone asks me a question.
Mature Level(1-10 and why): I am probably about a 6-7 maturity level. I say some goofy things every once an a while that I should really keep to myself. That drops my maturity down. It is a habit I will try hard to learn how to control. I do argue a lot which is another habit. But if someone wants to say your a hacker or something, I cant help but argue. I try my hardest to prove i'm not one which I really do not know what I should do if a staff member accuses me or something. And Draco I know you think I hacked but I swear that I didn't.
What makes a good staff member?: I think a good staff member will put in the effort to help everyone out. I expect even one of the best staff members to make some mistakes. A good staff member doesn't whine when he/she doesn't get what they want. A good staff member is honest and tells the truth.
In what ways would you help out the server?: To help out the server I will put in a lot of effort into helping people out. I would research if that what it comes to. I would try to vote daily.

@Zekrom208, Just saying, i am also in a robotics program at my school (Waialua High school). We participate in a program called VEX robotics which we travel all around the world to get to. Last year my team won 3rd place in Worlds competition and we have one of the best drivers in the world on our team (Team name is 359). Just paying for the server to be up and not getting the server ruined by some guy is very hard (I know this because i used to run a server that was successful, It got shut down due to a major plugin being corrupt).
What makes you a good admin?: I have been apart of minecraft since 1.2.8 so I'm most definitely not a beginner and i know all the commands needed to control the server. I've met many people over minecraft and i can make friends with anyone, just with a good first impression. I welcome every player to the server, which may not seem like much but a good first impression is everything, and make sure they're satisfied with the server and if they need help, ill be there.
How would you Contribute to the server: I can suggest many needed plugins to Tree (the Owner). I'm on Minecraft a lot and i know how to deal with problems and people who don't cooperate. Like i said before, I've been with Minecraft for a long time now and i know almost everything needed for a good server.
How are you different? For starters, i Live in Hawaii which means I'm on the other side of the world from most admins and moderators, which also means i can be up and on the server when no other admins are on.

I know how to deal with arguments so that it no one is mad in the end. I can get on minecraft whenever I'm needed. I learn very quickly. While most people use emotional force to either make the player who did something wrong feel stupid, or cause the player to feel frightened that they may be banned, I only use that as a last resort. I also have an above average skill in creating structures, and a high skill in detailing creations.

Why would you like to be a staff member?: i would love to help the server grow and mature.
What makes you a good admin?: i have a few things that make me a good admin here are some:
Patience: This is a big one. A great thing about me is my level of patience. I don’t mind if a player is going too slow. I tend to take things easy with the player so that they do not feel rushed in any way. By me being patient, I then feel that the player is comfortable with speaking with me. I try my very best to stay calm, and maintain myself even when situations may be rough with another player. This will really help the server because it shows that I take my time with other players to make sure that they are feeling comfortable, and safe. Patience also shows that the staff cares about the users by taking it calmly, or slowly if need be.
Maturity: For a 14 year old, I consider myself to be a very mature individual. Like a lot of other 14 year olds they are all out to play jokes, and some just be overall nasty. I am none of that. I am a very mature person who does what he is suppose to do, and play fair. I don’t do dumb things like some would. I am serious with my role, but at the same time also a “funny” kind of guy. I take jokes well, and enjoy joking around sometimes. This will help the server because people who are mature is a must. There can not be staff just going around and not doing their role wrong. They could be muting, or jailing players unfairly, and may not be doing their best. All staff need to be mature, and understand when, and why to perform a specific action. I am someone who can do this.
Dependable: I am someone who you can count on being on quite often and keeping our moderated. I would for sure put more of my time toward the server if I had to, which is perfectly fine for me. On a general weekday, I could put in around a solid 2-3 hours of playing, and moderating the servers. On the weekends, however, I could for sure get a solid 4-6 hours in of moderating, and ensuring that everything is being moderated. This will help the server because I can be on a consistent schedule, ensuring that the community is safe, and I can be there to moderate both in game, and on the Forums. I think there should be staff who try to be on as much as possible. I could easily change my schedule around to allow a little more time on the server if that is needed.
Fairness: This is another important one because I have to be fair with each of the users. Just because a player is my friend does not mean the punishments do not apply to them. As much as I would hate to punish them, I have too. Which this is the right thing to do. I am sure that my friend would understand why I did so and that they would take the punishment and not be mad at me for doing what I am expected to do. Fairness is something that will really help out. If I am not fair with users, then that may make other members feel uncomfortable, and may want to leave the server. I do not want for that to happen. All users should be treated the same. Again, this will help the server too, because players won’t feel left out, and they will feel equal with everyone else.
Now, I want to talk a little bit about me, as a person. I am a very mature, outgoing person, who really enjoys, and takes pride in what I do. I really enjoy helping out on servers, and ensuring that everyone is having safe, and a fun gaming experience whilst on This Server. I want This Server to be as successful as possible. With someone like me, I would be very dedicated and put quite a bit of my time toward the server to ensure that it is all going great. I also have a great knowledge of what I am doing and how my role should be taken. I know when to use moderation commands like Muting, Jailing, and Kicking. It takes a very mature and responsible person to have these commands. All of my traits will greatly help the server in different ways. Some other things I will do to help the server include enforcing rules, helping users, keeping it safe, and much more.

Why would you like to be moderator?: I am looking for something to keep me busy and helping a server is the best way i feel since it will benefit both me and the owners.
What makes a good staff member: Kindness and understanding, good listening, not jumping to conclusions, respect for higher ranks AND lower ranks and being active
What can you Contribute to the server: As stated above i have been high ranking staff on many servers so i am well educated with plugins and fair punishment so i feel that i can not just help by keeping the server free of rule breakers but also perhaps assist owners in finding plugins.

typing speed(1-10 and why): 7 because i am currently studying a HND in computing so typing is an almost daily task.
How are you different: Unlike most people who just look to be staff for bragging rights or to have power i seriously want to assist players and the server to the best of my abilities.
How are you a good staff member?: I have respect for all other staff members and players so i do not look down on anyone no matter how i feel about them i always feel everyone should be treated equal (even those who have been in trouble previously but have been given second chances)
Describe a normal day: I assume this means IRL so on tuesday, thursday and friday i am at college (Tuesday 9:00 am-1:00 pm, Thursday and Friday 9:00 am-4:00 pm) and then studying a little when i get home so i am on the computer almost all the time.
