I am irMinecraft and I work for a server called SPN (Sticky Piston Network) and we need a build team to build a hub and a spawn! If you think you would like to have a go at this chance to build for us please contact me via Skype irMinecraft (Picture is a piano) and we can discuss matters from there on. The server ip to look at it mc.pistonmc.com the build team server is not on SPN I will give you the IP over Skype.
