For some reason I see my skin as Steve on both singleplayer and multiplayer, but other people on a server have confirmed they can see my skin (and I know they're not lying cause they know what it is)
I've tried restarting minecraft multiple times and even changing my skin back to what it should be, but I still see steve, I even see my player head as steve. I do not have mods installed, this is for 1.9.4

Try using a different skin, then see if that works, and then change it back. If that doesn't work try it on a different game version? Also make sure you're not using the alex skin/player-model or anything like that that might conflict...
