I'm looking for an updated guide on how to port-forward Minecraft, and create an exception in my firewall. All of the guides seem to be outdated and do not work for me. My server-ip in server.properties is blank, so all I need to do is port-forward and create the firewall exception, thanks.

PS: When I test the ports that I tried to open, they always showed up as closed, even when my firewall had the exception. My firewall is through Norton.
