roNiN_Our Minecraft server is a unique server with multiple game types to play from, maintained at the highest quality for your convenience and enjoyment. We currently have a Towny Server, Creative Plots, and Mini Games (Coming Soon). For our Towny server, we will be offering Unique Quest and RPG awards along with other exciting plugins such as CasinoSlots, Custom Enchantments, PlayerBlood, BetterChairs, MyPet, mcMMO, Horses, and much more! We seek to provide players a semi-RPG experience augmented with completely Custom Biomes through the Epic World Generator; creating an entirely unique environment. As it is one of our first and main server, Towny pursues a fair and tailored adventure by constantly evolving around our player's visions and sentiments. Our Creative server features a much larger plot area than most servers of 127 X 127 with weekly build competitions! Our Mini-Games server (Coming Soon) will be comprised of custom mini-game maps and popular activities like Hunger games, KitPvP, Skyblock, Skywars, Castle Siege and much more. We are always improving our network, adding more features and servers based on your feedback!

Past experience in this position: Most of my time on minecraft (Since about 2010) has been spent looking for servers who need help and building for servers. This is pretty close to all I do in minecraft, and it's easy to say I have a ton of experience with solo and team building.

All of the images above are buildings I have done for servers except for the Winter mountains. Everything in the pictures is done by me, although other sections of the same maps were done collaboratively. Those were not in the album because they aren't completely mine.

I can configure MobArena and Hungergames.
Do you know how to use plugins such as WorldEdit, Custom ArmorStands (Can be taught): I am very skilled at WorldEdit, but not much experience with ArmorStands.
Describe ability to communicate effectively: A bit of a confusing question, so I'll try to answer it the best I can. I have both skype and teamspeak if needed, but typing skills are also there. I speak fluent english, and a bit of French and Swedish. When it comes to actual communications, I have done leadership and teambuilding training on how to effectively communicate to a team, and participate in debate at my school.
What types of themes are you best at building e.g (Modern, Medieval, etc.): I am used to building medeival towns collaboratively, with all sorts of buildings. However, I would consider my strength in the Terraforming/landscaping category. A good example of this is the Winter Mountains on my PMC and Imgur, which were done completely by hand.
Tell us a bit about yourself: Generally, I play minecraft on and off whenever I can find a good server that needs someone to build for them. I've been playing since 2010, which was somewhere around version 1.2 if I remember correctly. Anyways, I just love to build and building collaboratively is a ton of fun, so I would love to help. Just as something to keep in mind, my one weakness is detail work on the interior of houses and such. I'm good at general structuring, but details (flowerpots, roads, interior living space, etc) are a job best left for someone else.

I know how to use world edit and voxelsniper but the custom armor stands are knew. I am assuming those are the things where it displays that message to players and it flies in the air.

I am a student intern at my school where I more or less teach music classes and gain experience to get closer to my degree. The instruments I play is: piano, clarinet, oboe, bassoon, flute, saxaphone, trumpet, trombone, tuba, percussion, and I sing in an honors choir for the United States. This year we will be singing in Michigan which is going to be a lot of fun.
