Due to the revived nature of the forums I'm going to re-do this landing page instead of having a bunch of striked out text.
This Roleplay changes subjects a lot, its acceptable to make drastic changes so long as they fit the scenario. On that note, you can also mention things from earlier states. if you mention something, be sure you are up to date on all the posts after it. (There were some points where magic happened and things were destroyed or memories wiped)
Before making a post please make sure you are up to date on the conversation (usually only the last 1 or two pages is needed)
And most importantly, Have Fun!

"That should be enough." Said Rupert, leaning back.

Marcus nodded and got everything neatly packed away before closing his bag. "Right. Now shall we head out or is there anything else we are forgetting?"

"Well, we'll be needing to get my saddle. I wonder if it still fits.." He wandered over to a chest, and pulled out a plain coffee-brown saddle.

Marcus takes a look at it and does a quick analysis of the size versus the size of Rupert. "I don't see why it shouldn't. Surely it's old but it doesn't seem all that small. I could be wrong. Though using my cybernetics doesn't tend to be."

"A dragon usually grows and never stops until they die. Usually a dragon dies of unnatural causes, tough. Myself, I suppose, in my age, I might've finally hit the uppermost size I could ever grow to, and not grown since. Ah well, let's get it on." He moved to fit it onto his back.

"Right. As I said, I could have been wrong. But let's see." He says as he helps Rupert try his saddle on.

They all proceeded to follow, and Rupert watched Marcus work intently.

"I've never seen someone so eager to get to their work before..." Vanessa says as she watches.

They all continue to watch until the better part of a day had passed, and Marcus dipped his quill into the ink one last time.

Figuratively of course as he had always carried a pencil or pen in case he needed to write quickly. He finished up his writing and looked at his audience, not having known he was being watched. "Oh... I'm sorry. Was I taking a while?"

Vanessa and Eve look at each other.
Rupert shook his head. "Not at all. Half a dozen hours to a dozen, not bad for scribing creation." He beamed toothily.

Marcus is very confused by Rupert's happiness from the situation as he and the girls follow him outside.

Walking onto the bare stone outside, and looking up to a crystalline blue sky, they could see amber explosions as planet after planet came into existence, where previously there were none.

Marcus blinks very confused. "What on Earth...?"

"Worlds being born where there were none." Rupert turned to Marcus, "Creation continues."

Vanessa sniffles as she carries Jason's body to the deep grave. "Goodbye... Jason Taggert..." She says as she lowers him in.

The house is launched into space. The planet continues to crack.

Jason and the girls are forced to the ground due to the sudden burst of speed of being launched into space. "NNNGH! Crap!" He grunts as he struggles to stand up. "Girls?!" "We're okay!" They both say, also struggling to stand.

Suddenly, the house stops going up and comes to a complete still. The Orb is thrown out through the roof by the stop.

The three stand up and groan from the pain. "Well that surely wasn't expected..."

"No, it wasn't." Said Eve, with Vanessa nodding.

Jason took a hold of their hands. "It's alright. We'll be okay as long as we stick together."

"Very well." The Orbs disappeared.

Jason sighs and takes a look at his surroundings. The land was alive and thriving. Untouched by modernization, and peacefully unaware he was different. Taking his time on his way back into the house, he comes to the realization that he could easily make a normal life with the current circumstances. He can have Vanessa back, and a platonic relationship with Eve. This is his new home, and he is going to make the best of it.

And so Jason lived for many years here, with Vanessa and Eve, and through those years the Orbs showed themselves not. Life was perfect for him.

Jason was starting to show his age with a thick beard and bald head, but showed no signs of slowing down as he kept himself in shape. He and Vanessa had had a couple of children together and he taught them how to hunt and fend for themselves. Things were going well for the Taggerts until he heard a familiar sound and sighed heavily. "I knew you would show up again..." He says one day as he was chopping lumber and turned around. "You orbs... What do you want with me now?"

"Some... sugar? Seriously? Fine." He says and goes inside, getting a pack of sugar, holding it out to the orbs. "Here. Now can you be on your way?"
