Here at XeonFactions, we aim to do the whole PVP/Factions game differently.
Like every other server, we have the standard plugins like factions, mcmmo, mob arena and so forth.
What Makes us Unique is our balancing and our focus on raiding.
I personally rebalanced our MCMMO to provide a more fun pvp environment.
The max level in MCMMO is 2500 for any skill, and many skills have bonus attributes at max level.
One example of this is that at 2500 Acrobatics, you dodge damage 50% of the time.
Besides this balancing, we have unarmed enabled, where we buffed the bonus damage, and disabled disarm.
One other extremely unique MCMMO balance is that we brought back the old counter attack mechanic. Blocking is not required.

For our raiding focused design, we have the standard obsidian destroyer and so forth, like most servers.
A few things we have changed though, we have disabled lava flow and placement, removing things such as regen walls.
We have limited enderchests to our vip rank and higher, limiting the number of inventory slots to store loot in when being raided.
In addition to this, we have made tnt fairly cheap, and it is given via vote in high ammounts.
We have also shifted the focus from the need to make money. Cactus and other plants grow twice as fast.
Hoppers work faster as well. This allows players to be more focused on pvp and raiding rather than building massive farms.
Lastly, our mob arena offers an alternative way to make in game money and experience. This, again, allows for more time to raid.
