I am needing an experienced Java Developer to help me work on a plugin I am developing for our server. I am needing not Basic Knowledge but Advanced Knowledge as I havent got to that postion. The plugin as follows in the Spoiler.
If you know how you could do this, leave any info I could use to contact you (Email, Skype, etc.) Name, & Age(Doesn't effect chances, just want to know who I am talking to.)

Players with special permissions would be able to create their own player server allowing them to whitelist who joins, manage players (basic kicking), and other things to come. Players should be able to create a server and delete that server.
