Looking for a partner to start a server with!

Hello!
I am looking looking for someone to start a Minecraft server with! I have a unique idea for a server, but I'd like someone to help me speed up the process and so I wouldn't have to set up everything on my own. If you're interested, continue reading for more details
Requirements
-Have (at least) basic knowledge of plugin permissions, config files, etc.
-Must be mature.
-You must be able to contribute at least $2 to the server per month or $24 per year. I will handle all other costs. (Even before the server is lauched so we can split the payments to keep the server running while we are working on it)
-Must be capable of handling all sorts of problems in the community.
-Must be open to new ideas for the server.
Perks
-Co-Owner prefix on server
-30% of donation profit
-If you want to change anything about the server lore / aspect of the server, we will brainstorm until we get an idea that we both agreement
-Have a say in anything about the server
-Second highest staff rank, but same permissions as owner.
-Help decide what plugins to use
-and more!
