Hello AC Fans, I am Mayor Sylas from the lovely town of Nävel. I wanted to expand our nation and towns into Minecraft, but I need help! See, I know the basics of plugins and running server, seeing as I pay for a private one each month, but the fact of the matter here is that I do not know how to set up permission and things like that. I also need a plugin developer for a plugin like this

but as you can see from it, that project was abandoned, so I need fellow Minecrafters and Mayors/Residents to help bring the wonderful joys of Animal Crossing. So here is my full list of what I need ( Please provide your work. )
