I have recently been planning to create a YouTube channel for 'Why, If & How' videos (like Orepros and ExplodingTNT). It would be great if I could have some really GOOD Minecraft players to be in my team. There are several roles you could apply for, depending on what you're good at:

Roles(from most important to least)
1. Director/Planner (up to 3)
2. Recorder (up to 5)
3. Actor (up to 10-20)
4. YouTube Manager (up to 3)
5. Builder (up to 10-20)
6. Server Manager (up to 10)
7. Logo Creator (up to 2)
8. Website/Social Media Manager (up to 3)
9. Graphics Designer (up to 3)
10. Reviewer (up to 10)

Starting with the Jobs
Director/Planner - The main person who organises all the videos
Recorder - The person who records all the videos and edits them
Actor - The person who acts out everything
YouTube Manager - The person who sorts out everything to do with YouTube
Builder - The person who builds everything for the server
Server Manager - The person who sorts out the server
Logo Creator - The person who creates the group logo
Website/Social Media Manager - The person who sorts out all the social media
Graphics Designer - The person who designs all the graphics
Reviewer - Simple job. The person who just reviews the videos

If you are wondering what I mean by saying 'server', it's just a place where the videos will be recorded so everyone can go in the same world.

Skills Required
Director/Planner - Good organisation and coordination
Recorder - Must have screen recording software (VSDC, something like that)
Actor - Good listening and following what they have to do
YouTube Manager - must have access to YouTube
Builder - Good building skills
Server Manager - Must know how to set up and manage a vanilla server with texture packs
Logo Creator - Must have good image making skills
Website/Social Media Manager - Must have access to Facebook and Twitter
Graphics Designer - Must be good at graphics stuff
Reviewer - Must be good at reviewing videos and giving feedback

Also, we would have to think of a name that is easy to remember for people who watch YouTube.

The videos would need music, so try to get royalty-free.
