I'm copying several worlds from a Windows box to a Linux box. I have them copied to a flash drive from Windows, but don't know where they should be pasted in my Linux filesystem.
Can anybody give me a path? minecraft.jar is located in home/optiker/Minecraft.
Thanks!

Jakaria...
Ah-hah! Forgot about hidden files and folders! When I tried to manually make a new .minecraft folder on that path, it didn't allow because one existed. So, I turned on hidden files and sure enough! So, all worlds now copied to my Linux box!
Thanks!

I searched the file system but didn't find a folder named ".minecraft."
It's not in my home folder, nor in the the home/optiker/Minecraft folder that I named in the original post where the minecraft.jar file is located.
It must be there someplace because I have a saved world that I started to test it when I first installed and ran it.
I suppose I could create it, but where? What path?
Thanks
