i think you need to go to your .minecraft (i saw it say windows 8.1 so either move your mouse to the top right and slide down click search and search %appdata% and go to the .minecraft or press start and click the microglass thing and search %appdata% and delete everything but your saves unless you have no worlds just delete it all if it still doesnt work then ask someone like skydaz at skydaz(replace with a period)com and show him the report k

Click the Windows Key, you'll go to the 'metro screen', next you'll type "%appdata%" - (it won't bring any on screen, just click "enter")
It'll bring you to your Roaming folder, <C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Roaming>, click onto ".minecraft", then click into "crash-reports" | Upload your latest report
